are all buried together at the Locust Valley Cemetery in Locust Valley, NY
(The discrepancy in Lavina's birthdate is because the SSDI says she
was born in 1887 and her headstone says she was born in 1888)
I descend from the the Long Island Doxey's. My grandmother is Sarah Ann
(Doxey) Conigliaro. I have more information like birth, marriage and death
dates, spouses names, and children's names, if anyone would have an
interest. Most of my Doxey's seem to be from the north shore of Long Island,
around Glen Cove, Locust Valley, Glen Head, Albertson, etc. I would really
appreciate any additional information or comments. Look forward to hearing
